In this assignment, we created new lyrics for the song “Let it Grow” from the movie The Lorax. We found this process as a fun way to be creative while still learning more about Adobe Audition and using the Recording Studio. The new lyrics have flipped the narrative of the original song, with the the theme being to “let it die” instead of “let it grow.” We found the new lyrics to be a funny contrast to the original, and now know more about how to use the recording studio in the future to record singing over audio.
